Mr. Chinmay Bafna is the Director and Founder of the Anzen Insurance Broking Private Limited. Chinmay is a thorough finance professional, having previously worked with Deloitte, one of the Big 4 consulting firms. He has been a part of the management of Fortpoint Group ventures from the very beginning and following that he promoted and led Anzen Insurance Broking and Anzen Automotive. Under his leadership and expertise, Anzen Insurance Broking won awards like the “Best Start-Up Broker of the Year” at the 3rd Edition of the India Insurance Summit and has featured as one of the TOP 10 Insurance Brokers in India - CIO Review Magazine.
Abhishek has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, dealing with both General and Life insurance. In 2004, he started with IBM, followed by renowned insurance broking houses like PlatinumOne and Maruti Insurance Broking (Maruti Suzuki) that partner most of the General and Life insurance companies.
Through his career, Abhishek has taken on various roles and has been responsible for brand creation and management, business planning and strategy, SOP and systems implementation, and profit center management.
Born and brought up in Mumbai, he has a keen interest in competitive sports. He actively participates in competitive lawn tennis and loves to run in marathons. All this gives him the added advantage of being fiercely competitive, knowing when to take calculated risks, as well as how to pace himself towards an end goal.
